Refund policy

 

All Kassandra Berry press-on nail sets are handmade to order and considered final sale. Due to the handcrafted and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We do make it right if something goes wrong:

• If your set arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
• If you received the wrong item, we'll correct the order immediately.
