We accept secure payments via Stripe and PayPal. All prices are listed in USD. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

We aim to process and ship orders within 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final unless an item is defective or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@kassandraberry.com so we can assist you.
